Artist: Leah Raab
Oil and wood on panel, 18” x 24”
Using wood scraps and layers of paint is Leah's way of processing the horrors of October 7th and its aftermath. "The Scream" reflects raw pain and anguish, yet at the same time, contains images of the Torah, a testament to the power of belief and a sense of connection to God, as we seek the comfort and protection that he will provide in the face of constant antisemitic attacks.
